For persons accessing the Roche network from the internet, strong authentication is required. Strong authentication is a multifactor authentication that combines what you know (password of your Roche account) with what you have (your Roche ID Grid Card).

Roche Account

For security reasons, you must change your Roche Password the first time you access this portal. Later on you can change your password at any time by accessing the cidm.roche.com. If you have forgotten your password, please contact your local servicedesk.

Citrix Workspace

The installation of Citrix Workspace LTSR is required for best experience. TCP port 443, 1494,2598 and 8443 are desired to interoperability between Citrix App & Desktop. Please, use the link below for instructions about how to install the Citrix client on a non-Roche Managed computer. If you do not install Citrix Workspace, the following functionalities will not be available:

- file transfer between your computer and the Roche applications you are accessing
- printing to the printer connected to your computer
- simplified copy/paste of text between your computer and the Roche applications you are using
